Night Shift Shop Worker Alecom Metal Works Euless, TX Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Press brake machine Shop math Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Manufacturing Full Job Description Night Shift Shop Worker/Press Brake Operator Family-Owned Metal Fabrication Shop We are a growing, family-owned metal fabrication shop looking for a dependable person to join our team on the night shift from 5pm to 5am Monday-Thursday and 2pm to midnight on Fridays. The main responsibility of this position is to stand at a press brake and produce metal parts throughout the night. This is a hands-on shop position that requires someone who is reliable, focused, and comfortable staying busy and working independently. Responsibilities Operate a press brake to bend and form metal parts Load and unload material and finished parts Follow job instructions and production requirements Read work orders and shop drawings Check parts for proper size, shape, and quality Keep the work area clean and organized Assist with other fabrication and shop tasks as needed Maintain a steady production pace throughout the shift Follow all shop safety procedures What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Willingness to work night shift Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods Good attention to detail Ability to repeatedly handle and move metal parts Basic math and measurement skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous press brake, metal fabrication, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Family-owned and operated shop Straightforward, hands-on work Opportunity to learn valuable metal fabrication skills Competitive pay based on experience Potential for advancement as you learn more equipment and processes Small-shop environment where your work matters
