6:00am-4:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great Finisher position available at a company in Belleville, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Finisher Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform light assembly tasks and flip oddly shaped boards to prepare for finishing processes.
• Read and follow work instructions accurately to ensure quality standards.
• Use hand tools effectively to finish boards, doors, and related items.
• Place interior doors or molding on conveyors to facilitate smooth movement through the finishing stages.
• Apply protective foam to finished doors prior to stacking to prevent sticking and damage.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in the handling and placement of items on conveyors across different production stages.
• Support team members and adapt to various tasks within the finishing process as needed.

Finisher Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Capable of walking, standing, sitting, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
• Visual acuity to meet normal color and depth perception requirements.
• Knowledge of basic household tools and mathematics to perform finishing tasks accurately.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including overtime, and in varying climates.
