What You'll Be Doing Work in a food manufacturing production environment while following GMP and sanitation standards Assist with production operations, including standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with food safety requirements Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Assist with general production duties as assigned by supervisors Clean production areas and equipment using approved cleaning chemicals Ensure proper hygiene and food safety practices are followed at all times Work occasional Saturdays based on production needs What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable and responsible work ethic Ability to pass a drug screen Clean criminal background required Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to hygiene and food safety standards Availability to work the assigned shift, including occasional Saturdays Why You'll Like This Job Stable full-time employment opportunity Competitive pay Benefits and profit-sharing potential (based on employer program) Consistent work with an established manufacturing company Opportunity for long-term career stability Team-oriented work environment with clear expectations Gain valuable experience in food manufacturing and production What to Expect This is a physically demanding role in a manufacturing environment.
