Retail Sales Agronomist- Ag Chemical, Fertilizer & Seed Sales - Jackson County, MN GPAC has partnered with a top-rated Agriculture Company looking to add a qualified Retail Agronomy Sales Advisor to their team. Are you an experienced Sales Agronomist with a strong background in agricultural sales? We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team and help growers maximize crop health, yields, and profitability. As a Sales Advisor , you'll work directly with growers, farmers, farm managers, and agricultural operations to provide expert recommendations and sell a full portfolio of crop protection chemicals, fertilizers, and seed . What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and agricultural customers Scout fields and provide recommendations for pest, disease, and weed management Sell and promote crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed Develop new business while growing existing accounts Provide agronomic solutions tailored to each grower's needs Stay current on crop production practices, products, regulations, and industry trends Work closely with customers throughout the growing season to help optimize yields and profitability What We're Looking For Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop protection. A current book of business or established business relationships within the industry highly preferred. Strong knowledge of crop production and pest management Proven ability to build relationships and develop a customer base Sales-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Agricultural degree or related experience preferred Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driving license The company will consider relocation assistance for the right candidate What We Offer 100% employee-paid health insurance. 3% 401(k) match.
