What You'll Do:
Check Products:
Test items on the line for proper weight, temperature, pH, and appearance.
Inspect Materials:
Check incoming ingredients and packaging before they go to production.
Keep Equipment Clean:
Help perform sanitation checks, swabs, and allergen tests.
Spot Bad Batches:
Put non-matching items on hold and help figure out what went wrong.
Daily Logging:
Fill out simple daily food safety checklists and production logs.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable workers with basic factory, warehouse, or production experience. Good attention to detail and simple math/reading skills. Comfort working in a food processing environment. How to

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Line Inspections:
Perform routine checks on product weight, temperature, pH, filling, and overall appearance to ensure perfect specs every time.
Food Safety & Compliance:
Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) following HACCP and SQF guidelines in a fast-paced food production environment.
Material & Product Checks:
Inspect incoming ingredients, packaging, and finished food items before they clear for release.
Sanitation Verification:
Work alongside our Sanitation team on pre-op checks, ATP swabs, and allergen testing to guarantee clean food-contact surfaces and equipment.
Quality Hold & Troubleshooting:
Spot quality deviations, place non-conforming products on hold, and help investigate root causes and corrective actions.
Record Keeping:
Keep neat, organized daily QA logs and food safety paperwork ready for internal reviews and audits.
