Primary Responsibilities Working independently, driving to customer accounts to provide care of exterior plantscapes, watering, planting, pruning, deadheading, pest identification and treatment as necessary. Seasonal rotations of exterior plants - removals and installations. Loading and unloading trucks with plant material, tools, and supplies. Assisting with interior tropical plant and holiday installations as business needs require. Care of onsite inventory in yard and warehouse during peak seasons Skills Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license to operate company vehicles. Ability to work on a ladder as needed and use hand tools like shovels, pruners, rakes and blowers. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work outside under all weather conditions Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Horticulture experience is preferred Ability to drive a box truck is a plus!

From $18.00 per hour
