Job Description

Ready to lead quality where plastics meet food-grade expectations? Do you thrive in fast-paced production and enjoy mentoring safety techs? Is HACCP second nature, with a working awareness of BRC frameworks? If so, you could be the steady hand guiding our quality practices in a plastics manufacturing setting serving food-related needs. What success looks like You oversee and coach safety technicians, aligning daily checks with documented procedures. You use HACCP to prevent issues before they start and reference BRC principles when relevant. You communicate clearly across shifts to keep quality consistent. Your background Experience in plastics manufacturing; food manufacturing background preferred. Comfortable applying HACCP; BRC familiarity is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred.
