This hands-on position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working with tools, repairing furniture, and learning new techniques. Candidates with experience in carpentry, woodworking, furniture assembly, or furniture repair are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Repair, restore, and refinish furniture to meet quality standards. Perform sanding, staining, filling, painting, and touch-up work on wood surfaces. Assist with woodworking, assembly, and furniture modifications as needed. Safely move, lift, and position furniture throughout the workday. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect completed repairs to ensure a high-quality finished product. Follow repair instructions, work orders, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support team members to complete daily production goals. Report material shortages, equipment concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
