We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flooring and Tile Salesperson to join our team and help customers bring their design visions to life. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering personalized product recommendations Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers Understand product features, specifications, and installation options Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on leads and proposals Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in flooring, tile, or home improvement sales preferred Knowledge of flooring and tile products, materials, and trends Experience in Sales and/or Service Industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Proficiency with POS and CRM systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must have reliable transportation Nice To Haves Previous flooring or interior design experience a plus, but we will train the right person!
