This role focuses on identifying damage, performing stain removal, replacing buttons and trims, executing sewing and knitting repairs, reattaching or replacing labels, and completing other restoration tasks as needed. The specialist works closely with the Technical Design Department, the US Warehouse, and Customer Service to evaluate repair needs, determine appropriate methods, and ensure each item is returned in its best possible condition. Precision, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of garment construction are essential to maintaining product integrity and supporting customer satisfaction. By delivering consistent, high‑quality repairs, the Repairs Specialist helps preserve inventory value and reinforces trust in the brand's commitment to quality.
