Job Description

As a Composite Shop Hand, your primary role will involve supporting composite technicians in the fabrication of high-quality carbon fiber and composite parts. This encompasses a variety of tasks, including moving large molds, organizing materials and tools, applying release agents, cleaning completed products, performing maintenance, operating equipment and more.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. You should be able to perform all assigned duties satisfactorily while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism. This position is ideal for dedicated individuals seeking long-term employment. If you are a job-hopper or only looking for seasonal work, this is not the right fit for you. Experience with composites is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation will be based on experience.

HOURS OF WORK

Full-time Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm. Performance reviews after 30-60-90 days. •Must live within a 20 mile radius of Troy, MO. • Applicants who do not submit a resume will not be considered.
