We design, build, and warehouse exhibits for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented person to assist in the warehouse to help pull, pack, assemble, and inspect client assets for shipping as well as build display components and crates.

Responsibilities include:

Pull, prepare and pack client exhibit inventory for shows based on work order Inspect, repair, and maintain client inventory upon return from shows Assemble and dismantle exhibits Build/laminate custom counters for exhibits Build crates for exhibits as needed Load and unload merchandise to and from trailers. Inspect merchandise upon delivery to identify any damages. Coordination of shipping logisitics Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards safely. Perform routine facility inspections, including electrical and mechanical maintenance. Assist in keeping the warehouse maintained and organized Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. Coordination of shipping logisitics Preferred skills: Mechanically skilled in assembly of custom cabinet parts (doors, hinges, and latches) Prefer experience with laminating wood, trimming with routers, filing, and finishing. Ability to read a ruler, both metric and standard Computer skills Required skills: Able to lift 70+ pounds Excellent verbal and written communication, math, and spelling skills Ability to work efficiently and independently Detail oriented Ability to independently read and understand written instructions and work orders Excellent time management skills. Neat, thorough, and accurate Work without close supervision Manual dexterity; mechanically inclined Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety policies and procedures Ability to meet schedule requirements Attention to detail is required and ability to work in a fast - paced warehouse environment and be an effective team member Helpful skills: Forklift experience Equipment skills: Table saws Miter saws Air compressors Laminate trimmers Glue gun sprayer Hand tools Drills Education, training, and experience High School diploma Previous warehouse experience Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening Environment This position is mostly warehouse and will be working in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit company where deadlines cannot be missed. The ideal candidate is expected to be able to work independently and follow explicit instructions. Standard workweek with periods of overtime and some weekend work during heavy seasons.
