Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail oriented project manager for setting up AirBnB rentals. Our company designs, furnishes, and staging residential properties. We order everything needed to take a house from completely empty to completely furnished and ready for guests to rent the house and stay with family and friends. We are seeking somebody who is familiar with short term rentals and is capable and staging houses by following the design plans and standard operating procedures. We work on houses all over the Pocono Mountains, so transportation is a must. Responsibilities Lift/carry heavy packages to designated room Assemble furniture as outlined in design plans Follow design layout to install furniture, decor, fixtures, and other interior decorations. Hang TVs, wall art, curtains, blinds and other light handyman style work. Open boxes of kitchen and household supplies Manage other subcontractors who are on site to assist Use Google Sheets to track progress and deliveries Must have your own transportation Good communication Experience with short term rentals 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
