This position requires experience interpreting technical drawings, setting up equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CAD-driven cutting tables to produce precision packaging components. Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications. Set up machines, select materials, and optimize machine settings for efficient production. Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Accurately record production data, material usage, and machine performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications and Skills:

2-5 years of experience operating CAD cutting tables or similar CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience interpreting CAD files, technical drawings, and production specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience performing machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance. Proficiency with computers and manufacturing software; familiarity with CAD software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
