No nights. Burchett Quality Tool is looking for an experienced CNC Cutting Tool Operator to join our team. This position requires someone who understands precision machining, measurements, and tight tolerances and can produce high-quality cutting tools. The ideal candidate has experience setting up and operating CNC grinding equipment, including automated systems. Experience operating

machines, including machines equipped with robotic loading systems and single-part loading capabilities Perform machine setups, adjustments, and offsets as needed Monitor production runs and ensure parts meet quality requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Understand and maintain tight tolerances and quality requirements Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other inspection tools Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Previous CNC machining or CNC grinding experience is preferred; candidates with strong machining experience will also be considered Experience operating

machines is a strong plus and highly preferred Experience with CNC automation, robotic loading systems, or single-part loading machines is a plus Experience producing cutting tools is a plus Strong understanding of precision measurements, tolerances, and inspection requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using precision measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Dependable and reliable with a strong work history Willing, able, and excited to learn new skills and processes Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This is a direct-hire position only.
