Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Rubber Belt Builders / Rubber Manufacturing Technicians for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mauldin, SC.

PAY:

$20-$24/hour (based on experience)

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday/Friday | 5:00AM-3:30PM

IMPORTANT

This is NOT a forklift, warehouse, material handler, or machine operator-only position. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in: Rubber manufacturing Conveyor belt production Belt building Rubber fabrication Industrial production assembly Hands-on manufacturing environments Candidates with only forklift, warehouse, packaging, or basic machine operator experience will not be considered.

Job Description:

We are looking for dependable, hands-on workers experienced in rubber manufacturing or industrial production environments. This role involves building and assembling industrial rubber belts using production equipment, measuring materials, monitoring quality, and assisting throughout the manufacturing process. This is a physically active production role requiring attention to detail, mechanical ability, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities:

Build and assemble industrial rubber belts according to production specifications Operate rubber belt manufacturing equipment and production machinery Measure, align, position, and feed rubber materials into machines Inspect belts and materials for quality and accuracy Make machine adjustments as needed during production Use hand tools and production equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Preferred Experience:

Rubber manufacturing Conveyor belt manufacturing Tire manufacturing Industrial fabrication Production assembly Industrial machine setup Manufacturing line work Mechanical production environments Requirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or industrial production experience Ability to work in hot, dusty, noisy, and fast-paced manufacturing environments Ability to lift, bend, stand, climb, kneel, and twist throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions Reliable transportation and attendance required Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check Must be authorized to work in the United States
