Copy Machine/Work Room Aide
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide general photocopy services for administrators, teachers, and staff. DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Photocopier operator Lunch duty, bus duty, or clinic duty as needed Be able to sit in for a teacher for short periods of time Librarian Assistant Regular attendance Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience with photocopy equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High School diploma 2-6 years experience in business field Educational Secretary II/Educational Aide III Beginning computer course Kodak Key Xerox operator experience
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Typing Computers Bookkeeping Care of machinery Able to work well with teachers and students Experience as an instructional aide in first grade, third grade, fourth grade, kindergarten, music and library Kodak key operator Clerical record keeping Setting up filing systems/filing Library aide skills
