Grinder/Deburr Technician Job Description We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are interested in gaining on-the-job experience in metal fabrication to join our team. Generally, this position involves cleaning and preparing miscellaneous metals and structural components parts for plating or finished goods inventory. The Grinder/Deburr Technician will learn and operate a variety of power and hand tools. Grinder/DeburrTechnician Job Requirements Following directions under limited supervision. Learning manufacturing principles and practices. Performing basic mathematical calculations and read product instructions. Lifting and loading parts onto shelves and assembly table. Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction. Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements. Exceptional attendance. Qualifications & Experience We want someone who wants to get things done the way we want them done and learn our process.
