Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm

Pay:

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate die cutting presses, ensuring jobs are produced safely, efficiently, and to specification. Review job tickets, install dies, run test sheets, and inspect alignment, cuts, and creases for quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues, communicate discrepancies, and work closely with the Printing and Pre-Make-Ready teams. Lead and mentor a team of three feeder operators/helpers, assign tasks, and support a positive, productive work environment. Complete production paperwork and quality checks while maintaining safe, efficient workflow throughout the department.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Die Cutter Pressman, preferably with lead or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of die cutting processes and equipment Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) Strong attention to detail and quality Effective communication and leadership skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

Pay Details:
