Job Description

Restoration Contents Manager Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00 PM with OT required for emergency response situations
Reports To:
Project Manager Compensation:
$25.00•$27.00/hour
DOE Location:
Marietta, GA 30060
Position Summary:
The Restoration Contents Manager oversees all contents operations on fire, water, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs. You'll lead the pack out team from start to finish•inventory, transport, storage, and return•while keeping jobs on schedule and customers informed through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Restoration Contents Manager Key Responsibilities:
Crew Management:
Manage and supervise the packout crew on all job sites.
Job Scoping:
Scope jobs in advance to determine staffing and supply needs.
Documentation:
Oversee proper inventory, packing, labeling, and documentation of contents.
Communication:
Coordinate with Project Managers and field teams on scheduling.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure contents are handled, stored, and returned with care and accuracy.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain compliance with safety standards on all job types including bio and mold.
Training & Mentorship:
Train and hold team members accountable to quality and efficiency standards.
Asset Management:
Manage temp labor usage and control unnecessary overtime.
Restoration Contents Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Prior experience in restoration contents required.
Core Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Communication:
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, crew, and management.
Technical Knowledge:
Comfortable working in fire, water, mold, and biohazard environments.
Personal Traits:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Restoration Contents Manager Work Environment:
Availability:
Requires Monday•Friday day shift availability, with overtime required for emergency response situations.
Site Conditions:
Work is performed in fire, water, mold, and biohazard environments.
Pay:
$25.00•$27.00 per hour
