We are committed to safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality environmental services. We are currently seeking a certified Asbestos Abatement Supervisor to join our growing team. Position Overview The Asbestos Abatement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing regulated asbestos abatement projects in compliance with OSHA, EPA, Washington (WAC 296-65), and Oregon (OAR 437-002-0382) regulations. This individual will lead field crews, ensure safety standards are met, and maintain proper documentation and jobsite compliance. Responsibilities Supervise and manage asbestos abatement crews on job sites Ensure compliance with
OSHA, EPA, WA & OR
asbestos regulations Set up and maintain containments, negative air systems, and decontamination units Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce PPE requirements Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and regulatory paperwork Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope Qualifications Current Washington and/or Oregon Asbestos Supervisor Certification (Required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong knowledge of regulated asbestos work practices Ability to lead crews and manage jobsite workflow Experience with containment setup, negative air systems, and clearance prep Strong attention to detail and documentation Preferred Experience in residential and commercial abatement Familiarity with insurance-related projects OSHA 30 certification What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($28-$34 DOE) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Opportunities for growth and advancement Stable, year-round work Professional team environment Strong safety-first culture
