Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting parts, adjusting tooling, and maintaining production quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Positions available for 1st and 2nd shifts. Essential Duties Operate CNC lathes/milling machines; load/unload production lines. Inspect parts and verify quality using measurement tools (preset gauges, dial bore gauges, plug gauges, etc.). Perform visual inspection, offsets, and tooling adjustments. Complete production and inspection documentation. Perform daily preventive maintenance, remove chips/shavings, replenish fluids/lubricants. Maintain clean, organized work areas; perform 5S responsibilities. Comply with
ISO 16949 & 14001
standards and safety regulations. Follow job instructions and perform basic math calculations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; ability to add/subtract decimals accurately. Manufacturing experience with automated or robotic equipment. Ability to read and interpret part drawings and make decisions on part quality. Experience in machining and using measuring tools (drop indicators, dial bore gauges, plug gauges, fixture pin gauges). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple production lines. Reliable attendance; availability for overtime and weekends.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
