Our customers appreciate our attention to detail and trust us to take care of their jewelry as if it was our own. A great full or part time position, flexible schedule, $20 to $35 per hour. We specialize in fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, antique jewelry,watches, custom designs and repairs. Roles and Responsibilities

• Taking in the customers repairs and custom jobs, putting the work into our point of sale system.
• Working with Todd and our jewelers on the instructions and quality control.
• keeping track of the jobs and special order due dates.
• Sourcing and ordering parts.
• Answering the phone, taking detail messages.
• Following up with our customers, jewelers and vendors.
• Helping the customer when they come to pick up their repair or special order.
• Customer Service. Qualifications
• Jewelry experience is not a requirement , if you are a quick learner we can train you.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others and the public.
• Organized and able to work efficiently alone and with management.
• Proficient, excels and enjoys working with computers and proprietary software.
• Take pride in your work.
• Excellent problem solving skills and time management.
