Join Our Team as a Security & Locksmith Technician at American Safe Inc.! What You'll Do Your day starts at our facility where you'll gather your assignments, grab your work vehicle and supplies, and head out to diverse commercial projects across the region. As part of our 24/7 security team, you'll deliver prompt, top-tier service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing, repinning, and installing commercial lock cylinders and hardware. Cutting keys, repairing furniture locks, and servicing safe deposit locks and combinations. Assisting with electronic access control, camera, and alarm system maintenance. Completing detailed digital work orders, tracking parts used, and securing customer sign-offs. What We're Looking For A Drive toLearn:
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic power tools.Problem Solvers:
Strong troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail.Reliable Professionals:
Self-starters with great communication skills who represent our brand with integrity.Clean Driving Record:
A valid driver's license and an insurable, satisfactory driving record are strictly mandatory. Your Growth & Compensation Path We believe in investing in our team with clear, goal-based tier goals to scale your pay: Tier 1 (Trainee)- $25/hr: Master basic power tools and handle select standard service calls unsupervised within 3 months. Tier 2
- $27/hr: Perform routine locksmith tasks, key cutting, furniture lock repairs, and standard rekeying with confidence. Tier 3
- $35/hr: Master complex locksmithing, safe combinations, advanced cylinder work, and security hardware installations.
Advancement:
We offer direct pathways to leadership roles, including Senior Manager ($85,000/yr), Branch Manager ($95,000/yr), and Area Partner.
