As a CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing precision components using advanced machining techniques. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining processes. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Requirements At least ten years experience as a CNC Machinist with 5 axis. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges. Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
