MANUFACTURING COMPANY

is a small business in Monticello, IA 52310. We are innovative, demanding and looking for individuals for 2nd shift. Shift will be 4X10s Monday thru Thursday with wages starting at $25.82 with a $2.00 shift differential.

Our work environment includes:

Growth opportunities On-the-job training Safe work environment Set-Up and operate machining centers and lathes. Able to work from engineering drawings and work sheets, set-up and operate machining centers and lathes. Determine proper machine feeds and speeds required to machine parts to engineering specifications and to achieve required production standards. Determine proper tooling to machine parts to engineering specifications and to achieve required production standards. Sharpen tools as required. Inspect manufactured parts to ensure conformity to engineering drawings. Performs other duties as required or directed.
