Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists for a growing precision manufacturing company in Wyoming, MN .

These positions offer the opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment producing high-quality components in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment while maintaining strict quality standards.

Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay:

$26.00

00/hour (DOE) 1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30

Wyoming, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision-machined components. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications. Make machine offsets and tooling adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality. Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Troubleshoot machining issues and work with team members to ensure efficient production and on-time completion of jobs. Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required. Ability to perform machine setup and make tooling or program adjustments as needed. Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of precision measuring equipment and quality inspection procedures. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About Express Employment
