If you have a strong mechanical background, manufacturing experience, can read measurements, and are eager to learn, there is an opportunity to build your skills through hands-on training and cross-training. What You'll Learn & Do As a CNC Machinist, you'll gain experience with: CNC plasma cutting equipment Oxy-fuel coping equipment Saw/drill combination equipment Structural steel fabrication Industrial blueprints and fabrication drawings Precision measuring and quality control Machine setup and operation Safe manufacturing and production practices You'll also have opportunities to cross-train on additional equipment and in other areas of the fabrication operation , giving you the chance to expand your skill set and open the door to future advancement. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and committed to excellent attendance Comfortable working around industrial machinery Detail-oriented and quality-focused Able to read measurements and use measuring tools Willing to learn new equipment and processes Comfortable working with mild and galvanized steel Able to read and understand industrial blueprints or willing to learn Interested in building a long-term career in fabrication and the skilled trades Experience operating plasma or oxy-fuel burning tables is preferred for this position. Candidates with transferable experience in manufacturing, welding, fabrication, CNC, machining, construction, automotive, or other mechanical environments are encouraged to apply.
