CNC MACHINIST

Ameri-Source Specialty Products conveniently located in Bethel Park's Industrial Park has an opening for full time experienced CNC Machinist who can help enhance the productivity of our organization. This is a true machinist's position and not just a parts loader/unloader.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to do CNC programming and do complete setup of CNC machines and run project from start to finish. Ability to do program editing as required using G and M code programs. Operate and maintain HAAS machines Ability to understand and operate FANUC/HAAS and INALAM controls Perform machine maintenance as required Load and unload machines per established practices Work from production orders to perform designated operations Ability to identify material identification and inventory awareness Ability to maintain both quality and quantity levels as established Maintain a safe working environment Possible supervisory responsibilities Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical school training highly preferred Working knowledge and experience with Mastercam preferred. 5 years of applicable CNC Machine experience required including a working knowledge of CNC turning and machining 5 years mechanical assembly experience highly preferred •Previous experience working with Graphite highly preferred. Basic reading skills with the ability to follow instructions Basic computer navigation and utilization skills Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly & independently High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Ability to lift 30-50 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday work schedule.
