Job Description Looking for your next career move? Have Experience? Join our growing team of committed professionals! We are looking for an Experienced Full Time Commercial Door/Frame Fabricator. Our growth brings great opportunities to the right individuals. The Commercial Door/ Frame Fabricator is responsible for fabrication of commercial doors and frames. Including but not limited to custom door hardware, storefront and curtainwall fabrication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Promote company focus on safety, service, quality, and profitability
Maintain neat and orderly shop/ warehouse at all times
Organize flow of incoming and outgoing materials
Manage fabrication of Doors/ Frames and Frames to beat the bid by 20 percent
Lead by example
Exhibit good communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers at all times
Train helpers and mechanics
Follow door schedules for custom and non-custom door hardware
Manage inventory for fabrication supplies
Perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools
Lift 100 lbs in a safe manner
DOT Physical Certification
Load and tie down material on trucks and/or trailers in preparation for delivery Work week is (4) 10 hr days, 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Monday - Thursday Must pass drug test. Criminal Background check required.
