Job Description

Overview We're hiring CNC Machinists to join our custom machining team. Our shop specializes in low-volume, high-mix production where machinists perform setups, changeovers, program adjustments, and precision inspection on automated CNC mills, lathes, and proprietary machining centers. You'll work with blueprints, G-code, and precision measuring equipment while continuing to develop your technical skills in a modern manufacturing environment. 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 3rd

AM Responsibilities Machine Setups:
Perform setups and changeovers on CNC machining centers.
Blueprint Reading:
Interpret prints, dimensions, and GD&T requirements.
Program Adjustments:
Modify offsets and existing machine programs.
Quality Inspection:
Verify parts using precision measuring equipment.
Machine Operation:
Run automated CNC mills and lathes.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve machining issues and maintain part quality.
Automation Support:
Monitor robotic machining cells during production.
Continuous Improvement:
Help reduce scrap and improve machining processes. Requirements Qualifications Required 2+ years of CNC machining experience CNC setup and changeover experience Blueprint reading skills Basic GD&T knowledge Experience using precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude Preferred Experience editing existing G-code Manual machining experience Machinist certification or technical degree Experience with automated machining cells Familiarity with robotics Experience in low-volume machining
Pay:
$26.00 - $27.00 per year
