You will handle part completion operations, optimize set-up times, and maximize machine utilization. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC equipment to complete full cycles for high and low volume part production. Read and interpret blueprints and route instructions to understand task specifications. Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances. Troubleshoot programs and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision. Inspect parts with a high degree of precision and follow the in-process part inspection process. Communicate with managers, programmers, and quality personnel to resolve quality issues. Essential Skills Proficient in operating lathe machines, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including performing setups. Experience with 3-axis machines required; experience with 5-axis machines is a plus. Familiarity with G Code programming. Ability to use calipers and gauges for measurement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with brands such as Brother, Doosan, Takumi, and Siemens is preferred but not required. Why Work Here?
