Job Description

About the Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be a vital contributor to our precision manufacturing team, responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality components for diverse industries. You will leverage your technical expertise to operate advanced machinery, ensuring that every part meets rigorous engineering standards and production timelines. Responsibilities Interpret complex blueprints, work orders, and CAM programs to execute precise machining operations. Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to achieve optimal production efficiency. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to strict tolerances. Manage machine offsets, tooling, and work holding to maintain consistent output quality. Proactively monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues to minimize downtime. Document production progress and quality metrics accurately to support shop floor transparency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industry safety standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to streamline workflows and improve manufacturing outcomes. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings and blueprints. Skilled in using precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds. Strong commitment to detail and high-quality craftsmanship. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC milling or turning centers. Solid understanding of machining feeds, speeds, and complex work holding techniques. Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
