CNC Operator:
Independently configure, set up, adjust tooling for, and operate the Amada
PMH1308 CNC
Plate Mill cleanly. Process high-value specialty metals, exotic alloys, stainless steels, and nickel configurations to exact aerospace specifications. Perform meticulous dimensional quality control checks on finished parts using precision calipers, micrometers, and indicators. Carefully analyze and interpret structural shop drawings, fabrication schematics, and detailed work instructions. Manage the daily preventative maintenance and orderly cleaning of designated milling equipment and fluid lines. Enforce a zero-shortcut safety culture, respecting close machine boundaries and wearing all required PPE. Details for

Pay Rate:
$25.00 / hour starting base wage (Wages scale cleanly based on Depth of Experience / DOE).
Schedule:

CNC Operator:
Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable commercial CNC operating, tooling setup, and editing experience. Proven, hands-on background operating CNC milling machines or large-scale industrial machining equipment. Demonstrated capability to confidently read and interpret complex shop drawings, technical prints, and mechanical blueprints. Solid basic math and spatial computation skills with high attention to detail to handle high-value materials safely. Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation habits.
