Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30

No experience necessary - training provided Cable & Harness Assembly Tester Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Cable & Harness Assembly Tester . This position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing and assembly. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. The Cable & Harness Assembly Tester is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing wires, cables, wire harnesses, and box builds according to company standards and work instructions. Cable & Harness Assembly Tester Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble wires, cables, wire harnesses, and box builds using various tools and equipment. Verify production kits and materials as they arrive on the work floor. Follow work instructions and assembly procedures accurately. Perform testing and quality checks on wires, cables, harnesses, and box builds. Complete parts requisition forms as needed. Learn and follow IPC-620 workmanship requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with additional duties as assigned by management. Cable & Harness Assembly Tester Qualifications No experience required; training provided. Ability to follow written instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Cable & Harness Assembly Tester Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Good vision and attention to detail for assembly and testing tasks. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
