Above & Beyond Window Cleaning is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician to work on a two-person residential crew throughout the Denver metro area. Window cleaning is our main service. We also perform gutter cleaning throughout the year and Christmas light installation during the holiday season. We'll train the right person. What matters most to us is reliability, work ethic, coachability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Clear Path to Higher Pay Your pay increases as your skills and responsibility increase. Training Technician — $20/hour Start with paid hands-on training while learning our equipment, cleaning process, safety standards, screens, tracks, ladder work, and quality expectations. Trained Technician — $21/hour Move to $21 once you can consistently complete normal Technician work safely, efficiently, and without constant instruction. Advanced Technician / Crew Lead-in-Training — $22/hour Technicians who show initiative, become capable of more difficult work, develop stronger ladder skills, and begin learning how to run jobs can advance to $22. There is no fixed waiting period for these raises. Advancement is based on demonstrated ability and performance. Grow Into a Crew Lead Our goal is to develop strong Technicians into Crew Leads. Crew Leads have considerably more responsibility. They run the job in the field, communicate with customers, direct the crew, handle the more difficult ladder work, maintain quality, drive and care for the company van, make sure everything gets completed correctly, and help maintain strong customer relationships. Crew Leads move into production-based compensation with significantly higher earning potential. Crew Lead earnings are generally around $25-$30/hour all-in , including production pay, tips, and bonuses. Actual earnings vary based on production, hours worked, tips, and bonuses. If you learn quickly, take initiative, and prove you can handle more responsibility, there is an opportunity to move up quickly. Tips & Bonuses Tips are split 50/50 between the two-person crew Earn a $10 bonus for every positive customer review that mentions you by name Additional performance bonuses Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods What You'll Do Clean interior and exterior residential windows Clean screens and window tracks Perform and assist with gutter cleaning Work safely on ladders and at heights as you are trained Work alongside a Crew Lead as part of a two-person team Set up, use, and care for professional cleaning equipment Help keep equipment and the company vehicle clean and organized Learn increasingly advanced window-cleaning and ladder skills Help install Christmas lights during the holiday season This is physical field work at customers' homes throughout the Denver metro area. You'll spend much of the day on your feet, moving equipment, cleaning, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in changing Colorado weather. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you'll probably enjoy this type of work. What We're Looking For Previous window-cleaning experience is not required. We're primarily looking for someone who: Shows up reliably and on time Has a strong work ethic Takes pride in doing quality work Learns from feedback and applies what they're taught Pays attention to details Works well with a teammate Is willing and able to work on ladders and at heights Takes responsibility for their work Communicates professionally Wants to learn new skills and take on more responsibility Experience in window cleaning, construction, landscaping, moving, roofing, exterior cleaning, customer service, athletics, or other physical work can be helpful, but it is not required . A valid driver's license is required.
