Assembly Cell Woodstock, CT Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a growing industry? Our client in Woodstock is seeking dedicated individuals for Assembly Cell positions. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their careers in manufacturing and assembly. Responsibilities of the Assembly Cell Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of finished products according to specifications. Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality control standards. Troubleshoot and identify product failures or technical issues during assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems. Maintain workflow efficiency by collaborating with team members and supervisors. Ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and attention to detail throughout production. Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements of the Assembly Cell Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production roles preferred. Experience with electronic components, footswitches, or small part assembly is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Comfortable using computers and basic software applications. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Training or certification in technical or safety procedures is a plus. Compensation/Benefits for the Assembly Cell Pay Rate $18.00 Earn up to $1,000 during your first 90 days for excellent attendance!
