• Full-time RoMac Wall Panel has openings for experienced wall fabricators on second shift at our new location in The Villages.

RoMac has been a cornerstone of the Central Florida community since 1945, providing high-quality building materials and services. This position consists of assembling cut pieces of lumber from drawings and using a commercial staple gun with metal plates to put them together. Prior experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift pieces of lumber, up to 60 lb Work in an outdoor environment Read a tape measure Follow all safety procedures Work well in a team environment Ability to show up regularly and on time Positive attitude Truss building, construction or framing experience preferred Bilingual a plus, must be able to understand English This position is for second shift 2:30 pm to 11 pm
