Evolution Driveline is seeking a Cell Lead for our Reman Washblast area to oversee cleaning and preparation of driveline components for remanufacture. In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate daily workflow, set up and operate wash and blast equipment, and ensure parts meet strict cleanliness and quality standards. You'll train and guide cell technicians, maintain 5S and safety practices, and troubleshoot process issues. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a passion for high performance automotive components in a small, craft driven environment. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Reman Washblast cell Set up, operate, and monitor wash and blast equipment Inspect components for cleanliness and quality specifications Train, coach, and support cell technicians Maintain safety, 5 S, and housekeeping standards Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules Document work orders and production data accurately Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues Communicate with supervisors on status and issues Support continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Automotive remanufacturing processes Industrial wash and blast equipment operation Production line leadership Quality control and inspection Work order and documentation accuracy Basic mechanical aptitude Safety and OSHA compliance Lean manufacturing/5 S practices Basic computer and ERP data entry Tooling and fixture setup
