1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Looking for a steady weekday schedule with long weekends? We're hiring Assembly Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Rome City, IN! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your manufacturing career.

What You'll Do:

Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and light mechanical products Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently Follow work instructions and production specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work in a seated position for most of the shift Ability to stand occasionally and lift up to 40 lbs.
