Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated CMM Machine Operator to join our team in Park City, KS, on a full-time basis. You will be instrumental in upholding our high standards for manufacturing precision and quality. This position is ideal for someone who combines technical aptitude with a sharp focus on detail, offering a chance to grow within a forward-thinking and collaborative workplace. Core Duties Configure and run Coordinate Measuring Machines to verify the accuracy of diverse parts. Create technical diagrams utilizing CATIA or other CAD software platforms. Analyze engineering blueprints to guarantee all products meet established quality benchmarks. Perform routine upkeep and calibration on CMM hardware to support peak operational efficiency. Record measurement data and keep comprehensive logs of all inspection activities. Work alongside production and engineering departments to pinpoint and fix quality-related discrepancies. Support the onboarding of incoming staff by sharing expertise on CMM procedures and operational standards. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety guidelines and keeping the workspace tidy. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED; a technical certificate or degree in quality assurance or machining is highly valued. Execute all duties associated with a Level II Quality Assurance Inspector. Demonstrated history of working with CMM equipment within a production setting. Deep knowledge of GD&T principles. Skilled at deciphering complex technical specifications and blueprints. Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to quality. Capable of functioning effectively both autonomously and in a group setting. Experience with data analysis and quality management software is considered an asset.
