Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years old & pass a drug screen Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Ability to follow & read instructions Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed PTEC associate degree preferred

BASIC JOB TASKS

(EXPERIENCE

PREFERRED

) Operate, monitor, and adjust automated processes during the candy making procedure. Operate and adjust parameters on HMI (Human Machine Interface) Troubleshoot and correct minor malfunctions Load & Unload candy trays & counter molds Operate CIP Equipment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time Ability to stoop, bend, reach, use force, carry, push/pull, and lift <50 lbs. occasionally Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity Some areas require PPE & may cause occasional exposure to higher temperatures Elmer Chocolate is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all employees in accordance with all applicable laws.
