Job Description

Job Summary A well-established manufacturing facility in Cohasset, MN is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join their production team across multiple shifts. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, hands-on work, and a supportive team environment. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
