Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy working independently or prefer social distancing, this job is for you! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring high-quality output. We have entry level opportunities in light assembly, packaging, soldering, and shipping/ receiving. On the job training will be given in some or all of these areas to provide you with the best advancement opportunity. Responsibilities Must be able to learn from training and pay attention to assembly details. Assemble mechanical components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools Follow written standard work procedures to accurately complete assembly tasks Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain a safe working environment Conduct quality checks during assembly using measuring instruments and visual inspections to meet specifications in written standard work procedure process Follow safety protocols related to manual handling, and the use of power or pneumatic tools Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to production schedules Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic reading and comprehension skills Must be able to learn from provided training to use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and soldering techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents accurately Manual dexterity with manual handling skills for precise assembly tasks Ability to maintaining focus and attention to detail Join us as an Assembly Worker where your skills will directly impact the quality of our products.
