Load raw materials and remove finished parts while maintaining production schedules and quality standards. Perform routine inspections and measurements to ensure products meet specifications. Assist with machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures. Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production orders, and quality standards. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
