Die Casting Location:

Stockton, MN Shift:

2nd shift I Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30

PM Pay:

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a reliable and motivated Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Winona area. This position offers valuable experience in machine operation, die casting, quality control, production manufacturing, and equipment setup . What You'll Do:

Operate die casting machinery and monitor production processes Remove finished parts from machines and separate scrap material Perform machine setup and preparation for various production runs Conduct quality inspections and document inspection results Complete production and process documentation accurately Perform basic measurements and calculations during production Maintain a clean and organized work area around machinery and throughout the shop Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or factory experience required Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setups Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a warm production environment Why Apply?
