Essential duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

Operate Foam Rail machine
Monitor foam rail materials during production
Create different size materials based on proper molds
Assist in Physical Inventories
Complete daily Quality checks
Clean machine and maintain tools and dies
Assist in assignments given by Purchasing Supervisor and working with Material Handlers
All other duties as assigned

Physical Effort:

Ability to drive forklift
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with breaktimes
Ability to bend or stoop for up to 4 hours a day
Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and equipment
Ability to work alone or with a team member

Minimum Mental Effort, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to understand type and nature of essential job functions
Ability to understand necessary safety procedures and precautions
Ability to work overtime Recommended Training/Education
High school degree
Forklift license (training and certification provided)
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant experience
