Mon-Fri•6:30am-2:30pm 2nd
Shift:
Mon-Fri•2:30pm-10:30pm 3rd
Shift:
Sun•Thurs•10:30pm-6:30am
Overtime:
Some overtime available
Pay & Bonuses:
Pay increases after 90 days $100 referral bonus (paid after 30 days) $25 Gas Card after 30 consecutive work days of perfect attendance! What You'll Be Doing Join a team that keeps production moving and plays a key role in building quality products. Work on an assembly line with a variety of tasks as products move through Rotate between workstations and departments based on production needs Assist with machine setup and operation Stack, label, pack, and transport finished parts Collaborate with team members to keep everything running efficiently What You Bring to the Table Experience in manufacturing or a willingness to learn Ability to read diagrams and turn them into finished products Blueprint reading skills are a plus What You Get in Return Once hired permanently, you'll have access to union benefits, including: Paid holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Prescription coverage Life and Disability insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with company match Additional perks once hired direct: Tuition reimbursement Vehicle discounts Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Read job specifications and work instructions Position and align parts accurately Monitor machine operation for defects or malfunctions Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Meet daily production and cycle time requirements Work safely and efficiently Operate all workstations within the department as needed Verify and address quality issues using defect codes Physical & Job Requirements Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands throughout the shift Strong visual ability (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus) Work Environment Primarily indoors with minimal exposure to weather Moderate to loud noise levels in the assembly area Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
