Description Join Adecco as a dedicated Machine Operator and become an essential part of a dynamic manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and supervise assembly equipment, including Gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder production lines, ensuring seamless and safe operations. Consistently meet and surpass production, quality, and performance goals by actively managing machinery and making necessary adjustments. Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications. Accurately document production and quality data, maintaining detailed records in compliance with company procedures. Support continuous production by replenishing materials and components as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and participating in routine cleaning and preventive maintenance efforts. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with basic math skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Basic understanding of computer systems is beneficial.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)
Night Shift:

Pay Details:
