High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Machine Setup:

Perform complete setup operations on 3-axis CNC milling machines for custom plastic component production.

Tooling & Fixturing:

Set up cutting tools, insert holders, load zero-point workholding/fixturing systems, and establish accurate offsets.

Program Verification:

Read, interpret, and adjust G-code at the controller to ensure proper machine operations and correct cutting paths.

Quality & First-Piece Inspection:

Perform first-piece setup inspections, check production parts to engineering drawings using standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.), and maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
